What KPop Adda stores

You can browse KPop Adda without an account. For anonymous browsing, KPop Adda uses random browser and session identifiers to operate My Faves, reminders, notifications and basic first-party analytics such as page views, content impressions, outbound clicks and campaign/referral codes. These identifiers are generated in your browser and are not intended to identify you by name.

If you create an account, KPop Adda stores your Login ID, password credentials through Supabase Auth, public Display Name, optional recovery email, selected favourite groups, display badge and account status. Your Login ID and recovery email are private and are not shown in Community posts or comments.

Community

Community posts, comments, likes and reports are stored so the service can display discussions, prevent abuse and support moderation. Public Community identity consists of your Display Name and, when selected, your favourite-group badge. Moderators can hide posts or comments and suspend Community posting access when needed to enforce the Community Rules.

Notifications and local storage

Browser storage is used for account sessions, anonymous visitor/session identifiers, favourite selections and notification state. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or disconnect locally saved preferences. Push-notification subscriptions are stored only when you choose to enable them.

Analytics and advertising

KPop Adda currently uses its own first-party analytics pipeline and does not include Google Analytics or a third-party advertising tracker in the application code. KPop Adda does not sell personal data to advertisers. If advertising or additional third-party analytics are introduced, this notice and the Cookie & Storage Notice will be updated before those features are relied on for user tracking.

External services

KPop Adda links to external services such as YouTube, social platforms, ticketing sites, shops and fan communities. Those services operate under their own privacy policies when you open them.

Your choices

Signed-in users can change their Display Name, optional recovery email and password from My Page, and can delete their KPop Adda account. You can also clear browser storage or disable notifications through your browser settings.
